OUR FEES


Legal fees are not recoverable under the CICA scheme. However, we may be able to offer a Damages Based Agreement or act for you under a Conditional Fee Agreement. We will explain your funding options in detail at the outset so you understand any potential costs before deciding how to proceed.

The rules in the Scheme are complex and we can assist you through the process.  There are strict time limits for claiming compensation which is two years from the date that the injury occurred.  However, there are slightly different rules in the cases of children.
