How do you make a medical negligence claim?

The process involved speaking to your claims solicitor who will be able to tell you straight away if they think your claim is worth proceeding with. Your solicitor will explain all costs and what is required including reviewing your medical records, preparing a report and writing a detailed letter to the defendant (the person you are making the claim against).

How long do medical negligence claims take?

Claims can take up to a few years., but ensuring that all evidence in support of your claim is gathered will give you the best chance of success, and should not deter you from making a medical negligence claim if you want to.
